ACO Knoxville Major & Season 16 with PIPFALL!
This March, PIPFALL joined the American Cornhole Organization for their Season 16 Major in Knoxville, Tennessee. Competitors traveled near and far for the event, with local favorites as well as top-ranking cornhole players Kaleb Hurt, DJ Long, and Tanner Halbert making appearances. This was PIPFALL's first event for the 2021 year and first-ever sponsored appearance with the ACO.
ACO Majors are the main way to earn points in the race to qualfify for Worlds, spanning multiple days, age groups, and brackets. The competition was fierce, and the room felt tight as players focused on winning their rounds. PIPFALL helped keep a balance between fun and compeitition through the weekend as players wandered over to check us out and get their first throw in. The competitiveness of our players definitely carried over from cornhole -- with laughs, jokes, and friendly teasing as fans and players' bag throwing skills were put to the test with PIPFALL dice. PIPFALL had a blast with everyone we got to meet and hang out with.
To say our team had fun would be an understatement, and we loved the engagement and feedback we got about PIPFALL. We saw kids as young as ten years old landing solid scores and showing a ton of ability beyond their years. Regular cornhole players told us how much fun they were playing PIPFALL and how easy the game was to pick up. Friends made bets, and families may have questioned their partner choice in our team play, but we all still had a great time.
Thanks to all the players who #PLAYPIPFALL, and we hope you're enjoying your PIPFALL game wherever you play with cornhole boards! We look forward to future events and can't wait to see you out there!
